Programs
Our programs are designed with students, for students, centering their voices, leadership, and lived experience. With guidance from our licensed Clinical Advisory Board and support from educators and mental health professionals, all content is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in clinical best practices.
Our Approach
-
Student Leadership
Empowering students to design, lead, and advocate for their own mental health initiatives.
-
Collaborative Support
Fostering meaningful collaboration between students, educators, and mental health professionals.
-
Trauma-Informed & Equitable Care
Providing trauma-informed tools and culturally responsive resources that center access and equity, especially in underserved and under-resourced communities.
Our Programs
-
Youth Mental Health Workshops
Peer-led, trauma-informed sessions facilitated in schools, community centers, and youth organizations. Co-designed and co-led by Student Ambassadors with support from our Clinical Advisory Board, these workshops create safe spaces for open conversation and practical learning on topics like stress, coping strategies, self-love, and peer support. Adaptable for middle school through college students, the program empowers youth to lead mental health conversations in their communities.
-
Healing Through Connection
Storytelling series and healing space that supports young people on their mental health journeys. It provides a safe, supportive environment for students to share experiences, connect with others, and find strength through community. The program features storytelling workshops, guided healing conversations led by licensed clinicians, and moderated spaces for reflection and dialogue. By fostering self-expression and emotional safety, it encourages students to embrace their stories and harness the power of their voices for healing and growth.

On-Campus Mental Health Activations
Student-led pop-up events that promote visibility, support, and connection around mental health in schools and campuses. Co-created with student leaders and supported by our team and school staff, these events reflect each school’s unique culture and needs. These interactive activations help reduce stigma, spark conversation, and remind students they are not alone.
